A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Blaufränkisch, made from ecologic grapes fermented on skins for 3 weeks and maturated in 2nd and 3rd used barriques, a sober and elegant wine from the first nose shows a bright and intense ruby color with red fruits notes, cranberries and ripe red cherry escorted by sweet and pungent spices, mint and liquorice, compact structure due to tannins and acidity. Perfectly matches with antipasti, beef, game and sheep meat, pork steak.
