A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, made from ecologic grapes, shows a pronounced nose of fresh grass and citruses together with green fruit, white flowers and a touch of oak. The firm structure and high acidity recommend it together with sheep or goat soft cheese, fish and fresh sea food, chicken meat.
