La Capela ROSÉ 2018


A medium-dry wine made by ecologic grapes, a blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Blaufränkisch with intense salmon pink color. Aromas are round and delicates, full of red fresh fruits like strawberry, raspberry, red currant which are found on the palate too, accompanied by a crisp and lively acidity, specific to Beltiug area, balances perfectly the residual sugar. Persistent and tonic finish with red and sweet fruit notes. A light wine which goes well with hot summer days and friends.

Chilled well goes with seafood, fish, chicken, salads with red fruits.
