A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch and Syrah from ecologic viticulture, with a very fruity and spicy nose, revealing red currant notes, blackberries and plums, black pepper with a touch of oak. Medium body the same as the alcohol, gentle tannins with a friendly and fresh finish. Goes well with antipasti, pasta with tomato sauce, semi-matured cheese and feathered game.
