This Cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot was fermented for 3 weeks together with the pulp and the skin of grapes and matured in used barrels. Both varieties of grapes show equally their strengths. On one side the bouquet and the aroma of blueberry of the Cabernet, on the other side the layered character and the notes of blackberries of the Merlot. Together, they rise tension and bring unity in the same time. With this wine it can be easily highlighted the character of our terroir, as there are known other wines produced from this variety of grapes, as basis for comparison. It stands out through its elegant structure, the fruity taste rather than refreshing, although in our region can be pretty warm between May and October. Warmth is attenuated by the soil, as mud is capable to storage water well. It is dark purple red. In the bouquet there are light notes of mint and cranberries. It is the most trustworthy Cuvée of our wine cellar, which year by year fulfills all our hopes. Particularly, 2015 stands out through its fruity flavor, standing out the red berries, with light spiced notes on the background, followed by pleasant tannin. It is very suitable for beef and pork.
