MEDIUM-SWEET
Bright straw yellow color, made from ecologic Chardonnay, with fresh and fruity nose of pear, ripe citrus and capsicum notes, vegetal, juicy on palate, with medium body from residual sugar, perfectly balanced by specific acidity and residual sugar. Firm structure and persistent finish invite us to another glass.
Food pairing – vegetable stew, spicy and chilly Asian food, crêpes with cheese or fruit jam

DRY
A special example made by ecologic grapes from old wines, 60-100 years old, cared only manually to protect the plants. Blend of Fetească Regală, Welch Riesling is a natural unfiltered wine, savory with remarkable structure and acidity, complex aromas of yellow ripe fruits and compote quince, citrusy and spicy like white pepper, ginger, candied orange peel, persistent on finish. Macerated on skins in open vats for 7 days and spontaneously fermented for one month, contains very low sulfur. To complete the aromatic palette, the wine was stored for 1 month in 3 amphorae with different porosity.
Food pairing – game, smoked ham and bean ragout, cholent.

DRY
Made by ecologic grapes Grünspitz is found only in Beltiug area and we grafted an entire vineyard with this variety saving it from extinction. 2019 vintage is an exceptional natural wine, unfiltered and refreshing, macerated on skins for 4 days in open vats and spontaneously fermented, firm structure, phenolic with ample mid palate, mineral on finish. To complete the aromatic palette, the wine was stored for 10 days in 3 amphoraes with different porosity.
Very low sulphure content.
Food pairing – fish and seafood, marinated dishes, aspic.

DRY
Made from ecologic grapes Sauvignon Blanc seduce and strikes with itțs intens parfume of elderflower and jasmine, nettle, gooseberry, asparagus and lime announcing a refreshing and precise acidity. Very elegant with a compact structure is a perfect companion of unforgettable summer nights. Vivid and persistent finish.
Food pairing – Asian kitchen, fresh salads, pasta with pesto, sushi, asparagus with grilled meat.

MEDIUM-DRY
A dry blend from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer with a bright lemon color made from ecologic grapes. Perfumed and fresh nose with floral characteristic of white violets, wild flowers and acacia, fresh fruits like white peach and citruses. The palate is affined to the nose supported by a pronounced acidity which gives freshness. The finish is persistent and invigorative.
A fresh, light, summer wine goes well with appetizers and salads.

MEDIUM-DRY
Is a medium-dry wine with bright lemon color made by ecologic grapes, intensely perfumed, shows lychee and white rose notes, peaches and orange blossom aromas which instigate and astonish. Acidity is in perfect balance with residual sugar.
Goes well with spicy Asian food, fruit salads and fruit desserts.
