Made by ecologic grapes with medium intensity ruby color, shows pronounced spicy notes like red pepper, fruit notes like plums and cherries as well as secondary notes from big oak barrel maturation like cloves and vanilla. The acidity gives freshness and the silky tannins gives elegance. On the finish is juicy and fruity, expressing our vision about Fetească Neagră.

Food pairing – tuna steak with red pepper sauce, veal steak, beef steak tartare, tuna tartare, spicy medium aged cheese.

Our flagship wine, made by ecologic grapes, when young is intense purple color with deep and spicy nose and black fruits like blackberries and cranberries, fine sweet spicy notes from oak contact for 12 months. On the palate shows the perfect synergy with Beltiug terroir through the generous flavors of black fruits, black pepper and eucalypt, silky and rich with distinctive oak influence. Firm structure crisp acidity and persistent elegant finish. Suitable for further ageing.

Food pairing – medium rare veal steak, beef and game ragout, pork or lamb barbeque.

DRY

Made by ecologic grapes is a natural wine, unfiltered, our expression of green sylvaner, with main vegetal notes, gooseberry, asparagus, green bell pepper, green grass and fresh acidity with firm structure and long fresh finish. Macerated on skins for 3 days with very low sulphur content.

Food pairing – due to his character goes well with goose and duck fry, cabbage à la Cluj (Transylvanian dish), fatty and spicy food.

DRY

A special example made by ecologic grapes from old wines, 60-100years old, cared only manually to protected the plants. Blend of Fetească Regală, Welch Riesling and Baras is a natural unfiltered wine with remarkable structure and acidity, complex aromas of yellow ripe or stewed fruits, citruses and spice like white pepper, sage, persistent on finish. Macerated on skins in open vats for 5 days and spontaneously fermented for one month, contains very low sulphur.

Food pairing – game, smoked ham and bean ragout, cholent.

Made by ecologic grapes Grünspitz is found only in Beltiug area and we grafted an entire vineyard with this variety saving it from extinction. 2017 vintage is an exceptional natural wine, unfiltered and refreshing, macerated on skins for 4 days in open vats and spontaneously fermented, firm structure, phenolic and burly, mineral on finish.

Very low sulphure content.

Food pairing – fish and seafood, marinated dishes, aspic.
