The Story of Nachbil
The story of Nachbil Winery began in 1999, when our passion for natural winemaking met the exceptional potential of the Satu Mare wine region. Since then, we have been dedicated to creating wines that express the character of the terroir with clarity and authenticity.
Through our organic approach, we preserve the harmony between the vines and the soil. We do not use artificial additives; instead, we allow the wine to develop as naturally as possible. As a result, every bottle tells a unique story, from the vineyard all the way to your glass.

La Capella is a sub-brand of Nachbil Winery, bringing together a selection of its distinctive organic wines. The aim of the La Capella range is to highlight natural expression and the uniqueness of the terroir through wines made with minimal intervention. Among the La Capella wines is La Capella CH – 2023, produced from organically grown Chardonnay grapes. This medium-sweet wine has a pale straw-yellow colour, with fresh and fruity aromas of pear, ripe citrus and green pepper.
On the palate, it is full and medium-bodied, with a well-balanced interplay between residual sugar and acidity. Its firm structure and long-lasting finish invite another sip. La Capella wines reflect Nachbil Winery’s commitment to natural winemaking and offer wine lovers a distinctive tasting experience.
